Japanese tea ceremony carry  a lot of Japanese traditional spirite. And Japanese tea ceremony is the one which have a long history.About 1200 years ago, one man bring the seed of tea from China to Japan. From then on, tea culture has grew in Japan.

Japanese now have rarely been to the "tea garden". Because the people in Japan getting so busy about their daily work. Also, drinking Japanese tea is one ceremony, it means most Japanese people will not having tea in "tea garden"in their usual life. So, more and more Japanese people want to make more people enter the tea garden and recall the need of the tea by the Japanese.

Japanese tea should add tea powder(Matcha). It is one characteristic of Japanese tea. Matcha have lots of nutritious value. It is good for the human's health. As the survey by the Japanese organization, Most Japanese tea maker could live long. So, Japanese tea is important for the Japanese, especially the heavy pressure gave by the workers now in the fast development of Japan.

The philosophy meanings of Japanese tea  is "一期一会".  "一" means one. Like one time. "期" means life.  And “会 ”means meeting, like gathering together and having tea ceremony. Japanese tea maker believe that the meeting is happen now. It just happen only  once in everyone's life. So, everyone should cherish the time they are having tea ceremony. Everyone could gather together again, but the things would totally different. cause the time has different, and everyone was different as the time goes.
